ACCT Advisory Council

We are pleased to announce that the ACCT Advisory Council has been formed. Thank you to all those who expressed their interest in helping Philadelphia's animals in need by applying to be a member of the Council.

The ACCT Advisory Council is a public forum, allowing Philadelphia residents the opportunity to share their ideas regarding animal care and control in the city. The goal of the ACCT Advisory Council is for an independent group of interested parties from the community to be able to provide input into ACCT and the PSPCA's execution of the animal care and control contract.
