Behavior and Training – We are proud to offer a wide range of classes and training options to keep you and your pet living in harmony.
Humane Law Enforcement – The Pennsylvania SPCA has several humane society police officers (HSPOs) sworn in to perform work in several counties across the state. Their primary duty is to enforce Pennsylvania anti-cruelty laws.

Rescue Partnerships – The Pennsylvania SPCA works with a number of animal rescue organizations that help us by taking animals with special needs into their care.
