Feral and Free Roaming Cat Initiative

Using the TNR (Trap Neuter Release) Model, the Pennsylvania SPCA provides services to individuals and community groups interested in controlling the population and improving the health of feral and friendly free-roaming cats in the city of Philadelphia.  Several surgery packages are available which include low-cost spay and neuter surgery, vaccinations, flea and tick prevention, ear treatment, ear tipping and more. Additional medical services such as FeLV and FIV testing are available at an additional cost.  We are also happy to provide consulting and support!
