Honoring Patty & Larry Bowa, Pepper Hamilton LLP, and Governor Ed Rendell
The Pennsylvania SPCA’s signature event, Bark & Whine, is slated for Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Urban Outfitters, Inc. in the Navy Yard. This year will mark a very special time in our history as we celebrate 150 years of protecting animals in Pennsylvania, so it is only fitting that our signature event reflects this monumental accomplishment! This year’s event will include cocktails, dinner and dancing while we honor fellow animal advocates Patty & Larry Bowa, Pepper Hamilton LLP, and Governor Ed Rendell.
