Philip G. Kircher, Esq., is an attorney with Cozen O’Connor, an international law firm headquartered in Philadelphia. He handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts including securities, antitrust, shareholders’ rights, business and real estate joint ventures, corporate governance, breach of fiduciary duties and general breach of contract matters.
He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and he serves as a judge pro tempore in state court in Philadelphia. He was selected a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” by his peers, appearing in Philadelphia magazine and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. He is an animal welfare advocate and has provided pro bono services to numerous agencies.
Phil graduated from Drexel University and from Villanova University School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Law Review.
Phil joined the board in 2012 and serves on the development, governance, government funding and legislation, and executive committees.
He shares his home with five rescued dogs, including Duke, Millie, Gus, Spock and Rebecca, and one rescued black cat, Baxter.
