Foxwynd Foundation funds Pennsylvania SPCA’s Main Line Animal Rescue to help save lives and enrich the well-being of its residents

The Foxwynd Foundation DAF funded the Foxwynd Foundation’s generous donation to Main Line Animal Rescue.

Phoenixville, PA (November 13, 2024)—The Foxwynd Foundation has made a generous commitment to the Pennsylvania SPCA to support Main Line Animal Rescue’s Shelter Hospital, which provides lifesaving care to over 1,400 animals annually.

The grant of $25,000, which is part of a matching program, provides operational support for the PSPCA’s Main Line Animal Rescue Shelter Hospital, which delivers around-the-clock treatment and housing for critically sick and injured animals. This grant will help cover the cost of services ranging from dental, wound care, and skin treatments to treating upper respiratory infections, life-threatening diseases like the Parvovirus and heartworm, eye infections, broken bones, and mass removals.

“We are so grateful for this investment from the Foxwynd Foundation,” said Deborah Bowls, Chief Development Officer at the Pennsylvania SPCA. “The cost of prescription food, medical supplies, and lifesaving medications is up 15-20%. At the same time, our shelters across Pennsylvania are full, and our Animal Law Enforcement officers are called to the field daily, seizing more and more animals in need of critical care and a safe place to heal. Partners like the Foxwynd Foundation help make our work possible.”

"The Bentley family is honored to support organizations like the Pennsylvania SPCA that are dedicated to saving lives and enriching the well-being of animals in need. By contributing to the Main Line Animal Rescue's Shelter Hospital, we are helping to ensure that every animal receives the care and compassion they deserve." — Pamela Villagra, Executive Director of Foxwynd Foundation.
