TNR is the most humane and effective way to manage community cat populations. We provide affordable TNR services that improve cats' lives and benefit communities across Pennsylvania.

Humane Community Cat Management

Trap-Neuter-Return involves humanely trapping a feral cat, having it spayed or neutered and vaccinated, then returning it to its home outdoors. It’s the proven approach that works.

What's Included

TNR Package – $75  

The TNR service is comprehensive and designed to give community cats the care they need:

  • Spay or neuter surgery
  • Age-appropriate vaccines (Rabies & FVRCP)
  • Flea prevention treatment
  • Ear mite treatment (if applicable)
  • Pain medication
  • Ear tip (required — identifies the cat as fixed)

Additional services like FeLV and FIV testing are available at an additional cost.

We understand that trapping doesn’t always go as planned, so if you find yourself with a trapped cat, don’t wait — walk in during our check-in hours and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.

Schedule a TNR Appointment

  • Traps Only

    All TNR Cats must be in a humane trap when they arrive for check in. Please be sure to cover the trap with an appropriate cover.

  • Check-In and Pick Up

    Surgery is open Monday - Saturday. Check-in time is between 7:30am-8:30am. Pick up same day, between 4:30pm-5:30pm. Payment is due at the time of check in.

  • Kittens

    Cats must be at least 2 pounds for surgery. To receive a Rabies vaccines, kittens must be at least twelve weeks of age.

  • Trapped a Friendly Cat?

    If the cat that is trapped appears friendly and you would like them considered for surrender to our shelter, please let us know at the time of check in. We will contact you after an evaluation by our intake team is performed.
