Why Outreach Matters
In many Philadelphia neighborhoods, access to veterinary care is limited and unaffordable. Many pet owners face impossible choices — between rent and vet bills, between food and flea prevention. Our community programs work to remove those barriers. By building partnerships with tenant councils and families in the community, we work together to prevent surrenders, reduce suffering, and honor the bond between pets and the people who love them.
