Annika

Annika is a young adult, estimated to be around 1-2 years old, who was recently rescued from a difficult situation. Understandably, she is a bit shy and is still learning that people can be trusted. Having been under-socialized, she will need a patient, understanding person or family willing to work with her and help her build confidence at her own pace. She is getting used to being handled and is making progress every day. She is also learning to walk on a leash and is doing well with this new experience.

Annika will need time, consistency, and positive encouragement as she continues to discover the world around her. With the right human companion who understands that trust takes time, she has the potential to become a wonderful and loyal friend. She is microchipped and will be spayed soon, and now she is looking for someone willing to give her the chance she deserves.
