As part of Freshpet’s Fresh Starts adoption program, the Pennsylvania SPCA will waive adoption fees for dogs looking for a fresh start this Thursday, June 11 through Sunday, June 14, at its Philadelphia headquarters and Main Line Animal Rescue sites.
Dogs applicable for the fee-waived event have been available for adoption for 30 days or longer, but have yet to find their families.
Freshpet’s Fresh Starts initiative helps connect shelter dogs looking for a fresh start with their forever families. This four-day event also helps commemorate the PSPCA’s upcoming 159th birthday, marking more than a century and a half of saving animals just like these who are now looking for homes.
These dogs are ready for their next chapter, and this extended adoption event is dedicated to helping them find it. The PSPCA will follow all standard adoption processes and some fees may apply (including a licensing fee for residents of Philadelphia).
