Our walk-in veterinary clinic provides urgent care services for dogs and cats at our Philadelphia headquarters. We treat a wide range of urgent conditions, but we are not an emergency clinic. All patients are assessed upon arrival — if your pet's condition requires emergency care, our team will refer you to the nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

What to Expect

When visiting our urgent care veterinary clinic:

  • Walk-in only – no appointment needed
  • Registration begins at 7:30am – we see patients on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early is encouraged
  • Once capacity is reached, we are unable to accept additional patients for the day Daily capacity varies
  • All patients are assessed upon arrival — if your pet’s condition requires emergency care, our team will refer you to the nearest emergency veterinary hospital.
  • The exam fee is collected at check-in to hold your place Physical Exam $45
  • The veterinarian will review and get your approval on any additional costs before proceeding; full payment is due the same day at the end of your visit

For the safety of all our patients, dogs must remain on a leash (retractable leashes must be locked) and cats must be in a carrier at all times.

Minor Outpatient Surgery

Beyond urgent care, we perform select non-emergency soft tissue procedures on an outpatient basis — mass removals, wound repairs, ear hematoma repair, enucleations, and more. Every case starts with an exam so we can confirm your pet is a good candidate for outpatient recovery, and pricing is provided as an estimate afterward.
