Each year, the PSPCA’s Humane Law Enforcement team investigates thousands of cruelty cases across eastern Pennsylvania including those involving farm animals like goats, sheep, and chickens. The Barn Animal Fund ensures these often-overlooked animals receive the care and protection they deserve, extending our lifesaving work to every animal in need.
