Our adoption process includes an application, meet and greet, home check, and finalization. We want to ensure the best match for each animal.

Yes, we accept animals based on space and resources. Please call to discuss your situation with an intake specialist.

Fill out our volunteer application and attend orientation. We have many opportunities including animal care, events, and administrative support.

Contact us immediately and check our lost and found. Microchipping and ID tags help reunite lost pets with their families.

Foster Care Information

Learn more about becoming a foster family and providing temporary care for animals.

No, we provide training and support for first-time fosters. Our team is available 24/7 for questions and guidance.

We provide food, medications, and supplies. You just need a safe space and a caring heart.

Yes, many foster families choose to adopt. If the pet isn’t a good fit, we’ll help find them the right family.

Foster care is free. PSPCA covers all medical and care expenses for foster animals.

PSPCA is founded to prevent cruelty to animals across Pennsylvania.
