Sweet Amalfi is a gentle soul who is still learning that the world can be a safe and wonderful place. This beautiful adult girl came to us as a stray, along with her three babies, and after spending her time being a devoted mama, she's ready to discover what life is like when she gets to be someone's cherished companion.

Amalfi is shy at first, but don't let her quiet nature fool you, she enjoys pets and has a sweet side just waiting to shine. She'll likely need a little time to come out of her shell, but for the right person, earning the trust of a shy cat can be incredibly rewarding.

Her ideal home is indoors, peaceful, and patient, with someone who understands that love doesn't always happen at first sight. Sometimes it happens one soft pet, one quiet moment, and one purr at a time. Could you be Amalfi's safe harbor?

If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared — bring a photo ID, proof of current address and a cat carrier. We are open daily 10:30-5:30pm.
