This young guy is a sweet boy who may need a little time to come out of his shell, but once he gets to know you, he is affectionate and loves being around his people. He can be a bit shy, especially around men, so he will do best with someone who is patient and willing to let him build confidence at his own pace. He walks nicely enough on leash and is continuing to work on his house skills as he settles into his new routine.

He came to us with a couple of other dogs and has shown that he is comfortable around canine companions without being reactive. As with any adoption, a meet and greet will be required if there is already a dog in the home to make sure everyone is a good match. He is already microchipped and neutered and is ready to find someone who will give him the time and love he deserves. With a little patience and encouragement, this handsome young guy is sure to become a loyal and loving companion.

If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared — bring a photo ID, proof of address, everyone resident in the home and if adopting a dog any other dog resident in the home along with their vaccination history. We are open daily from 10:30 – 5:30, no appointment is required.
