Joker

WHOEVER NAMED THIS 14-MONTH-OLD PUPPY "JOKER" HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD!!

With a perpetual big smile on his chunky face, this guy is always ready for play, good times, & good food. He loves car rides & anticipates that they will culminate in some delicious treats. Give him a large hamburger on a bun, & he will inhale it in one bite. French fries, chicken nuggets, & pup cups are also high on Joker's agenda. But Joker is not just a food fanatic. He is whip smart & already knows several commands. He is very interactive with people & extremely attentive to their every move. In the fenced yard, Joker likes to roll around in the grass & get tangled up in his leash. He is just so full of fun & has an unbridled zest for life.

Because he is so smart, so eager to please, & so food oriented, Joker will be very trainable. He will need some training to pull less on the leash. He will be a fantastic & fun dog for some active family. Joker loves everyone, but because of his size, strength, & puppy age, he would be better off with older children.
Foster family update –

Likes:
Food. (Everything! Especially peanut butter and pup cups), Rolling in the grass and chasing balls
Belly rubs and cuddling with people

Dislikes:
Cats, Rabbits and squirrels (wants to chase)

Skills:
Sit, Paw, Down, Knows his name, Learning Place

Feeding:
Enthusiastic eater (has 2 meals a day), Enjoys Peanut butter in a kong and pup cups, Takes treats gently

Best Fit Home:
Did not have him around children but would think he'd be good with older kids. He loves
people but he is big and strong and still young.so may be hard for little ones.
Fairly active family that will give him some regular exercise.
Fenced yard would be ideal to play with him but he did well with us on a long lead.

Describe your foster dog in 5 sentences:
Joker is extremely loving, cuddly and playful. He will follow you around
out of curiosity (he's nosey). He also will curl up and sleep at a
moment's notice no matter what's going on. He does walk well on a
leash (watch for squirrels and bunnies) and is house broken. He will make a great pet with some further supervision/training in the short
term.
